Who are we looking for?

Experienced commercial director with the following characteristics and abilities:

  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent leader and coach; outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven experience as a commercial director or other relevant role and with managing relationships with key clients.
  • B2B and direct sales experience, preferably in hygiene or industry.
  • Affinity with E-commerce and hybrid-sales models.
  • Strong resilience and determination.
  • Fluent in Czech and English, cultured spoken and written expression.

 

About the job

The Commercial Director will be responsible for creating sustainable growth by developing and implementing market growth strategies, sales and marketing strategies, including the development of an effective hybrid sales organisation. The main goal will be further strengthening our market position by ongoing sophistication of our sales model, development of new market segments like healthcare and nutrition, and acquisition of key accounts in the area of industry and facility management. Other skills and responsibilities:

 

  • Leading development, optimalization of client acquisition and retention strategies.  
  • Initiates new business opportunities like new services, customers or distribution channels.
  • Developing the commercial team by attracting and retaining talents.
  • Cooperating with sales managers, marketing-, operation- and marketing automation manager.
  • Cooperating with and reporting to the board of directors.
  • Understanding the needs and requirements of our clients and client groups.
  • Understanding market developments, opportunities and its threats.
  • Assistance in setting financial targets, budget development and monitoring.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of our commercial activities using KPI’s.
